Birth Doula 

Continuous support during your labor and birth - touch relaxation, position changes, breathing techniques - to enhance your comfort and labor progress during your birth.  

Doula services include ($700*):

• Two 2.5 hour prenatal visits, providing hands-on opportunities to practice relaxation and positioning, birth plan preparation, and education about birth options.
• Labor support at home before entering the hospital as well as during the hospital stay
• Labor support for home birthing families as well as hospital families
• Breastfeeding assistance in the immediate postpartum time as well as during the first few weeks of life - including phone consultations and home visits as needed.
• At least one postpartum home visit

"I would welcome the opportunity to work with you during your pregnancy to plan for your baby's birth and provide labor support assistance during the birth - whether at home or in the hospital. Breastfeeding and parenting information and support during the early weeks with your new baby are available to your family as well, and included in the birth doula package of services at no additional cost."
