"Comprehensive Preparation for Natural Birth"

Marcia teaches a series of childbirth education classes called "Comprehensive Preparation for Natural Birth".  The content of these classes include:

• Learning about the process of birth
• Different techniques for pain management such as relaxation, visualization, breathing techniques, position changes to enhance progress of labor and increase your comfort
• Information about routine medical interventions in childbirth and how to avoid these being a part of your birth

Price for classes varies based upon the number of classes chosen during customization. $350 for standard six week series without customization.
